Data we process

• Contact form: name, email address, organisation (optional), the system you are interested in (optional) and your message.
• When you email or call us: the contact details you share and the content of the correspondence.
• Technical logs: the IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information our server records when you visit.

• Responding to your request, understanding your needs and preparing a proposal.
• Conducting pre-contract discussions.
• Keeping the site and our systems secure and preventing misuse.
• Meeting our legal obligations.

Collection and legal grounds

Data is collected from you through the contact form, email and phone; technical logs are collected automatically when you visit the site.

Legal grounds: processing directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f), and your explicit consent in the form for transfer abroad (Art. 9).

Transfers

Messages sent through the contact form reach our team via our email delivery provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA); this transfer relies on the consent you give in the form.

Otherwise, data is shared only with our hosting and email providers to the extent the service requires, and with authorised public bodies when legally required. We do not sell your data or give it to third parties for marketing.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as its purpose requires and for the periods set by applicable law; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• To request deletion or destruction under the conditions set by law,
• To request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to,
• To object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
• To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
