Since 2017, Bir Web Ajans has been an Istanbul-based design and software studio. What began with corporate websites, campaigns and digital transformation consulting now extends to systems that carry a professional body's membership and training operation, academic journals' editorial desks, congress secretariats' entire workflow and a charity's back office.
The same team designs the interface, builds the data model, writes the integrations and launches and operates the system. That is why we can account, from day one, for how a design decision affects the database — and how a data decision affects the experience.

Rules live in code
The states an article, membership or order can pass through are defined in the model. Blind review, reversal-only corrections and payment gates are not left to user vigilance.

Payments and notifications are written to an outbox in the same transaction; orders carry idempotency keys; queues are leased with SKIP LOCKED.

TOTP for admins, role and permission catalogues, CSRF and rate limits, file types verified by content, signed expiring file links, audit logs.

Isolation is architecture
In multi-tenant systems every tenant runs in its own database; separation is enforced by the data layer, not by query filters.

Our systems carry more than 700 automated test files; money, permission and workflow rules are locked down by tests.

Systems run on a Docker Swarm cluster we operate ourselves, with health endpoints, uptime monitoring and tagged image releases.
